Biosketch 

Galiveeti Hemakumar Reddy was born to a farmer family in a small village, Chitluru, Ramapuram (Mandal), Kadapa Dist., Andhra Pradesh. He attended a government primary school in the same village and shifted to the nearest town to attend high school. He studied up to 8^th standard at the Govt. District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Rayachoty. He studied SSC (10^th class) at Archana High School, Rayachoty, and Intermediate (+2) at Vikas Junior College, Chinnamandem.

He obtained his B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) and M.Tech. in Electrical Power Systems (EPS) from Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Madanapalle (affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur) in 2010 and 2012, respectively. He obtained a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering in 2018 from the National Institute of Technology Silchar (NIT Silchar), Assam.
